transaction; 2) the customer requests it; 3) the disclosure is required
by or allowed by law (e.g. subpoena, investigation of fraudulent
activity, etc.); or 4) the customer has been informed about the
possibility of disclosure for marketing or similar purposes through
a prior communication and is given the opportunity to decline.

Customer Privacy in Business Relationships With Third Parties.
When we conduct business with third parties, we require our vendors
and suppliers to maintain similar standards of conduct regarding
the privacy of personally identifiable customer information provided
to them.

and Electronic Privacy. With the rapid growth in electronic
commerce conducted over the Internet, Kentucky Farmers Bank deploys
on-line systems to facilitate the convenient delivery of services
and it is our policy to safeguard our customer's sensitive information.
We consider the privacy of our customers' personal information an
important element of their trust and confidence in the bank.
Customer
E-mail Privacy. Kentucky Farmers Bank's Web site does not require
you to disclose any personal identifying information. If, however,
you choose to contact us via e-mail, please keep in mind that your
e-mail address, and any other information your e-mail header shows
about you, such as your name or organization, will be revealed to
us in the e-mail. We pledge, however, that when you communicate
with us via e-mail, we will use your e-mail information only for
the specific purpose of responding to your comments or questions.
